Repair Process:

The unit is cleaned, components are static tested, and our technicians troubleshoot and inspect the circuitry for faulty areas.
Once the repairs are completed the drive is tested on our custom built load tester to simulate real world conditions.
Finally, we generate a service report that details our findings, so you have a better understanding of why the drive failed initially.
